
The Connecticut Symphonic Winds, 70-piece ensemble will perform a celebration in music for the Nation’s 250th Anniversary, Saturday, May 16th at 7:30PM.
The program highlights include: Four Dances from West Side Story, Shenandoah, As All the Heavens Were a Bell, Hymn to the Fallen from Saving Private Ryan and Aaron Copland’s Lincoln Portrait, with Gary Scarpa as guest narrator.
The ensemble will also perform the duet, Under Western Skies with Joseph Spitzer and Thomas Zoubek on trumpets.
