Connecticut Open House Day is coming to the Lighthouse June 13th from 11:30AM until 3:00PM. Reservations are required to be admitted into the lighthouse on Open House Day. Register at https://bit.ly/spl-openhouse The lighthouse grounds, keeper's cottage, and foghorn building will be open to the general public. You must reserve a time for your admission into the lighthouse. For crowd control purposes only 20 people will be admitted every 45 minutes. There are 33 stairs to climb to the second floor of the lighthouse and 10 ladder steps to climb to the light level of the lighthouse. If you are mobility impaired in any way, you should carefully consider your ability to climb a ladder before reserving a time slot. Children under 12 are not permitted inside the lighthouse.
