Swim Across the Sound 2026 100% along CT Shoreline

Swim Across the Sound 2026 is 100% in Connecticut along the CT Shoreline.   We are moving the entire Swim to Connecticut for this year due to damage at Danfords Marina in Port Jefferson, NY.

Details for the CT Shoreline Swim Route include:
• Swimmer Start at Seaside Park in Bridgeport- Spectators Welcome to cheer on swimmers as the start the 14 mile swim past Jennings Beach, Fairfield (7am-9am)
• Swimmer Finish at Black Rock Harbor/Captain's Cove Marina- Spectators Welcome to cheer for swimmers as the cross the finish line (3pm-7pm)

WHO WE ARE:  While many organizations focus on research, the Swim Across the Sound raises funds that directly and immediately help cancer patients in our area regardless of where they receive treatment. The Swim assistance fund covers costs that medical insurance does not like rent, utilities, and transportation to treatment.
