Think the library is just for quiet reading? Think again! We are turning the bookshelves into a mini-golf course for one spectacular day and night. Whether you are bringing the family or looking for a unique night out, we have a tee time for you.
Mini Golf in the Stacks - A Hole Lot of Fun in the Library turns the Milford Public Library into the best 18-hole golf course with fun, unique and challenging obstacles. Provided by Mini-Golf To Go, Brookfield, CT, it is safe, fun, and expertly crafted for all ages! 
Daytime: Fun for All Ages 
Bring the whole crew for a round of mini golf.

This course prepares candidate EMT’s for credentialing and actual EMS work in the field: &nbsp;Successful completion of this course will enable the student to test for National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification as an Emergency Medical Technician and receive their Connecticut state EMT certification. &nbsp;EMT’s may staff ambulances, work in hospitals, and know what to do in the event of a medical emergency. &nbsp;Course will include classroom lecture and hands-on practical skills assessments in order to prepare the student for examinations for State and National certification and to perform the duties of an Emergency Medical Technician. &nbsp;It is important to note that this course is very difficult.&nbsp; Time management skills with both personal accountability and responsibility will be extremely important for success. &nbsp;There is college level reading, there will be quizzes, tests, and writing assignments along the way throughout class.&nbsp; There will be collaborations and presentations.&nbsp; Students are expected to be in proper uniform each day of class and while doing ambulance ride time. &nbsp;Students are expected to come to class prepared having read the chapters in their text and completed any assigned homework prior to the lecture.&nbsp; Students will be treated with dignity and respect at all times and similarly to as if they are already working in the field. &nbsp;Students will be held accountable to the workload and rules of the course.&nbsp; Tardiness and “Time off” from class are all considered as part of the class grade and will not be tolerated.&nbsp; ***THIS IS NOT AN EASY CLASS***Cost:The cost for this course is $1300.00&nbsp;and includes: Online textbook access, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, penlight, scissors, and more!
