Celebrate Stratford Schedule Announced For 2022

STRATFORD, CT — Officials have announced the 2022 Celebrate Stratford series, which will include traditional events as well as revitalized and expanded festivities.

The Stratford Birding Festival, a once-popular event, is returning, and the treasured Summer Concert Series will also resume, now with opening acts featuring Stratford’s local talent, officials said in a news release.

Organizers announce the following lineup, which takes place throughout the year, subject to state and local guidelines:

• The Shakespeare Market: The first and third Sundays of every month
• Restaurant Week: April 24 - April 30
• Main Street Festival: June 4
• Summer Concert Series: Tues/ Thurs June 21 - August 30
• Fireworks: June 30th (rain date July 5)
• Blues on the Beach: July 23
• Latin Music Festival: September 18 (rain date September 25)
• Stratford Birding Festival: September 24
• The Great Pumpkin Festival: October 15
• Holiday Tree Lighting: December 1
• Holiday Menorah Lighting: December 19
