Coronavirus Stratford: Stores Offer Special Hours For Seniors

Two Stratford grocery stores will offer special shopping hours reserved for customers aged 60 and over amid the spread of the coronavirus.

STRATFORD, CT — ShopRite and Stop & Shop in Stratford have both announced that they will offer special shopping hours reserved for customers aged 60 and over amid the spread of the new coronavirus.

Shop Rite will be open from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. effective Wednesday for seniors and people who are immunocompromised, according to an email from the town of Stratford. Stop & Shop will be open 6 to 7:30 a.m. starting Thursday for seniors, a news release from the retailer said.

Stratford's Shop Rite is located at 250 Barnum Avenue Cutoff. Stop & Shop is at 200 E. Main St.
