Bishop Wicke resident, Frank Spada, and his wife, Lena “Lee” Spada, celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, April 23rd, with a party and ceremony hosted by Bishop Wicke Health and Rehabilitation Center in Shelton. Prayers and blessings were offered for the couple by Reverend Jim Stinson, Director of Spiritual Life for United Methodist Homes, and a tiered cake was prepared by Bishop Wicke Chef, Elliott Beardsley. Both staff and residents shared in the celebration.
Bishop Wicke Health and Rehabilitation Center is located on the Wesley Village Campus on Long Hill Avenue in Shelton.
