Docs Urgent Care Expanding Service In Stratford

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held to introduce Docs Urgent Care's new primary care service.

STRATFORD, CT — Docs Urgent Care in Stratford is now offering primary care to patients and will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony next week to introduce the new service. The vent will be officiated by Stratford Mayor Laura Hoydick on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 2:45 p.m. at Docs Urgent Care, located at 200 E. Main St. by Popeyes.

“Docs Urgent Care has been dedicated to bringing affordable and convenient health care to the many communities that we serve throughout Connecticut” according to a news release. “We know what worries our patients, and as a leader in urgent care and occupational health, we are committed to hiring team members who are driven to provide remarkable care. Docs is well-positioned with 16 convenient locations across Connecticut and continues to grow in the ever-evolving world of healthcare.

“Docs Urgent Care in Stratford provides urgent care services for ages 2 and older. We have Mercy Lab on site and offer physicals, vaccinations and even chiropractic care. There is no appointment necessary for urgent care matters and we accept all Connecticut insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, Husky, and commercial. We even have our own insurance membership called UR Health which is available to everyone.”
