Ex-Coach Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Student: Stratford Police
The former coach has been arrested following an investigation into the reported sexual assault of a student, according to police.
STRATFORD, CT — A former Stratford High School wrestling coach who was arrested last month is accused of sexually assaulting another student, according to police.
A now 18-year-old woman reported to police on May 20 that she was the victim of sexual assault while she was a student at Stratford High School, according to Capt. Jerry Pinto.
Pinto said an investigation determined that Jordan Miron, a former Stratford High School wrestling coach, was suspected of sexually assaulting this former student when she was 15 years old.

Miron, 36, was charged with six counts of second-degree sexual assault and six counts of risk of injury to a minor (illegal sexual contact victim < age 16). He was being held in lieu of a $200,000 bond with a court date of June 5.

Miron was also arrested May 18 in connection with an investigation involving a now 20-year-old woman who reported to police on May 12 that she was the victim of sexual assault when she was a student at Stratford High School, according to Pinto.
