'Food Truck Park' Proposed For Stratford's Lordship Section: Report
The food truck park would rest on a half-acre lot by the seawall.
STRATFORD, CT — Stratford-based restaurant Little Pub is proposing the creation of a food truck park for a portion of Washington Parkway in Lordship, the Connecticut Post reported.
The park, which would be on a half-acre site on Beach Drive, would feature four food trucks, in addition to an outdoor dining area that would also have live music.
Little Pub owner Douglas Grabe envisions the park as an "open-air community space where people can gather and enjoy food and beverages" by the water.

The proposal goes before the town's Zoning Commission next week.
It faces some opposition from area residents, businesses and the Waterfront & Harbor Management Commission, reportedly due to noise and limited parking in the area, among other concerns.
