A 'Frightmare Before Christmas' In Stratford
Fright Haven in Stratford announces a limited-run of three weekend nights in December for "A Frightmare Before Christmas."

STRATFORD, CT — Fright Haven in Stratford has announced that it will present its “Frightmare Before Christmas” haunted house event for three nights only in December. The event will be held Saturday, Dec. 15, Friday, Dec. 21 and Saturday, Dec. 22, and organizers say visitors will “experience brand new holiday attractions, all decked out for the holidays and ready to make guests scream 'til the New Year.”
“The start of the scares begins with ‘Dead End Doctors Office: No Home for the Holidays,’ a horrific look into one not-so picture perfect pre-Christmas doctor’s office visit,” according to a press release. “Ornaments are smashed, stockings torn...and is that blood on the dentist’s chair? Who...or what...could have done this? When did the ‘sleighride’ turn into a medical ‘slay-ride?!’ Read more details from the press release below:
Next, take a tour of Santa's infamous toy workshop in "The Forest Factory." Don't expect to find any happy elves, however -- they've been overworked this season, and Santa's demanding schedule has caused them all to lose their minds and lose their way to the North Pole. Will guests survive this terrifying tour and escape the angry elves and rejected toys that have seemingly come to life? Or will visitors become just another piece on the assembly line?

Guests will marvel at the vintage Christmas sets, decor, props and figurines which are used for the production. Combine the visuals with special effects, animatronics and live actors, and you have some clue as to what to expect at "FRIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS." But it's hard to expect the unexpected, and there are scares around every corner at this haunted holiday show.
The limited-run of three weekend nights in December is expected to draw an equal number of return visitors who experienced Fright Haven during the Halloween season, and those who didn't yet get a chance to enjoy the fun and fear of the 20,000 square foot indoor attraction.
