Larceny Charges Dismissed Against Stratford Restaurant Manager
The former manager was accused of embezzling more than $80,000 from two restaurants, including one in Stratford.
STRATFORD, CT — Charges against the son of West Haven Mayor Nancy Rossi have been dismissed in connection with an embezzlement case involving restaurants in Stratford and Trumbull, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports Stephen Rossi successfully completed a pretrial probation program, resulting in the dismissal of larceny and criminal impersonation charges that were pending against him.
Rossi was accused of embezzling more than $80,000 while working as a manager at the Sitting Duck restaurants in Stratford and Trumbull.

Rossi, who agreed to pay back the money, did not plead guilty and was granted accelerated rehabilitation in November 2019, the Post previously reported.
