Designed for those with little or no rowing experience, participants will be introduced to this growing, low impact, sport known for its physical fitness and teamwork. You will learn: commands, proper technique, teamwork, and core strengthening. Must be able to swim and should be able to lift 35 pounds over your head. A 1 hour Introduction land session plus 8 on water sessions (1 ½ h ea). (Min 8 - Max 10 rowers). $250.00 Pre-registration is required. Contact Linda at "youcanrow@gmail.com" to register.
