Letter from UAC Stratford on Closing

Dear members and patrons of UAC:

It is with great regret that we are informing you that due to extenuating circumstances, we will be closing on July 21, 2012.

Please note the following schedule of operation:

• Fitness Center and Fitness Studio, including classes, will be available until July 21.
• No Saturday morning Zumba classes.
• Basketball Court will be available all day until July 15. After 5pm July 16 to July 21.
• Field access will be available until July 15.

Members -

All auto-bill members billing have stopped and any paid in full members will receive a reimbursement for the remaining balance of their contract. (form of reimbursement dependent on original method of payment)

Funner Summer Program -

The last day of this program will be on Friday July 13. Participants signed up for dates following the 13th may move to the week of the 9th or will receive a refund.

I want to thank you for your past business and tell you how much we have enjoyed having you as a member, patron and fitness enthusiast. Please don't hesitate to call or email if there is anything we can do for you before July 21, 2012.
