Man Accused Of Pulling Gun, Threatening Person At Stratford Gym

Two men were arrested in connection with the incident.

STRATFORD, CT — A man is accused of pulling a gun and threatening another person at a gym in Stratford over the weekend, according to multiple reports.

NBC Connecticut reports the incident happened around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Esporta Fitness on the Barnum Avenue Cutoff in Stratford.

No shots were fired during the incident, according to NBC Connecticut.

Emmanuel Rivera, 21, of Bridgeport, is accused of brandishing the gun and was taken into custody and arrested as he tried to leave the area, according to the Connecticut Post.

The Post reports Khyree Brown, 21, of Bridgeport, was also arrested in connection with the incident. He is accused of taking the gun and leaving as officers arrived at the gym, according to the Post.
