Man Shot, Critically Injured In Stratford: Police

A man is in critical condition after being shot twice Thursday night in Stratford, according to police.

STRATFORD, CT — A man is in critical condition after being shot twice Thursday night in Stratford, according to police. The shooting occurred in the 700 block of Success Avenue at about 8:45 p.m. on March 7, according to Capt. Frank Eannotti.

Eannotti said the victim was shot twice in the torso and was taken to Bridgeport Hospital for treatment. He is in critical condition, according to Eannotti.

The motive for the shooting is under investigation and investigators are asking anyone with information to call 203-385-4119 or the TIPS Line 203-375-8477.
