Man Suspected of Town Hall Thefts: Stratford Police

The man is a suspect in recent thefts at Stratford Town Hall and police are asking for help in identifying him: BREAKING

STRATFORD, CT — Stratford Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect accused of recent thefts at Town Hall.

Police said a female employee in the Chief Administrator’s Office reported that her wallet was stolen on July 26 and the man pictured above is a suspect.

The man spent about 20 minutes in Town Hall walking around the building and casing several offices, according to Detective James Iannucci.

Then on Friday, July 29, the same man is suspected of stealing money from the snack bar in the employee lounge, according to Iannucci.

Police are unsure at this point if the man is on foot or in a vehicle.
