McDonald’s To Celebrate Grand Re-Opening In Stratford
The recently renovated restaurant will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the event.

STRATFORD, CT — The renovated McDonald’s located at 2439 Barnum Avenue in Stratford will celebrate its grand re-opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 31. Guests are invited to the event, which will take place at 11 a.m., to experience the updates that were made to the restaurant.
The restaurant recently underwent renovations to reflect McDonald’s new restaurant experience, including new features like digital self-order kiosks, table service, and mobile ordering—all wrapped up in a sleek new modern décor, according to a press release.
Owner/operator Roger Facey will cut the ribbon alongside Stratford Mayor Laura Hoydick and other local dignitaries. Facey has owned and operated local McDonald’s restaurants for more than 20 years.

The renovation is part of a nationwide transformation currently underway at McDonald’s to put more choice and control in the hands of guests by improving how they order, how they pay and how they are served.
