Milford Woman Says Noise from Stratford Restaurant Ruining Her Summer: Report
The woman says music can be heard at all hours of the night inside her house and she has appealed everywhere for help.

MILFORD, CT — Debbie Ann Levanti, 56, of Milford has a problem and she says no one is doing anything about it.
Levanti lives on Riverside Drive in Milford, right on the Stratford line, and she told the Connecticut Post that noise coming from Joey C's Boathouse restaurant located just over the line in Stratford is ruining her summer. She said music from the restaurant is blaring inside her house at all hours of the night.
But Milford Mayor Ben Blake said there isn't much the city can do as the business is in Stratford. He told the CT Post that phone calls have been made to Stratford officials.

But also complicating things is that Levanti is the only one who has raised noise concerns. Stratford officials say Joey C's has a permit to stage musical acts on its deck until midnight and they are in compliance with the town's noise ordinance. Officials also praised Joey C's owner for trying to address Levanti's concerns.
The good news for Levanti is the concerts end soon.
