New Craft Brewery Opens in Stratford
The small-batch brewery says it offers "Music-inspired beers for Fairfield County."

STRATFORD, CT — There’s a new kid on the block in terms of breweries in Stratford, but that doesn’t mean they plan on causing problems for the big boys in town.
The Connecticut Post reports the owners of the new Fairfield Craft Ales on Honeyspot Road, not far from the popular Two Roads Brewing Company, reached out to the owners of Two Roads before opening and say they have been welcoming, offering advice and help.
Fairfield Craft Ales was opened by two Fairfield couples, Joseph and Marcie Bow and Mike and Amy Borruso, with the help of a Kickstarter campaign, according to the Post.
