Obituary: David A. LoConte, 63, of Stratford

David A. LoConte, 63, of Stratford, beloved husband of Deborah (Baxter) LoConte, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 24, 2018 at Bridgeport Hospital. Dave was born in Bridgeport to Lillian Cesero and the late Patsy LoConte. He had served in the U.S. Navy. Dave loved being involved in community activities.

Faced with many health issues in the last few years, he managed to volunteer his time to keep busy. He was a former member of the Stratford Board of Education and had been active with the Bunnell High School Band Parents and Franklin School PTA. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two loving children and their spouses, David and Tiffany LoConte of Brookfield and Christine and Christopher Hurley of Stratford; two beloved grandchildren, Alanah and Riley Hurley; one brother, Michael LoConte and Michael of Milford; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
