Obituary: Eileen M. Claveloux, 87, Of Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — (From Adzima Funeral Home): Eileen M. Claveloux, 87, of Stratford (formerly of Westport), passed away peacefully on November 3, 2022, at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford. Eileen was born in New York, New York on August 9, 1935, to the late Rowland and Margaret (Schussler) Bell and had been a longtime Stratford resident. She was a retired RN and Psychiatric Nurse.

Eileen had many interests and passions including being an avid reader, theater buff, movie goer, and antique collector. She had a quick wit and always enjoyed a good card game, debate, or trivia show. Her greatest joy, however, was spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her devoted children, Noelle Claveloux of Rhode Island, Guy Claveloux and his wife Yvonne of Westport, and Julie Rose of Milford, along with her eight cherished grandchildren, Jessica Hoyt, Alexandra Fritts, Ashley Hoyt, Isabella Claveloux, Jaycie Rose, Morgan Hoyt, Kendall Hoyt, and Skyler Rose.

Funeral services are private and have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home of Stratford.
