Obituary: Glenn E. Gallant, 61, Of Stratford
He was self-employed as a tile & carpet installer. He enjoyed going to Oldies & Classic Rock concerts as well as restoring antique furniture

STRATFORD, CT — (From Adzima Funeral Home): Glenn E. Gallant, 61, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Bridgeport Hospital, with his loving family and friends at his side. He was born in Bridgeport on May 16, 1961, a beloved son of Elaine Janosko Gallant and the late Gerald M. Gallant.
He was a lifelong area resident. After attending Stratford High School, he was self-employed as a tile and carpet installer. Glenn enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid fan of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. He enjoyed going to Oldies and Classic Rock concerts as well as restoring antique furniture.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his fiancé, Shirley Scinto, as well as his brother, Dr. Gregory (Megan) Gallant, and nieces, Elizabeth and Allison Gallant of Doylestown, PA. He also leaves behind his uncles, Max Tomayko of MI, Paul (Niki) Janosko of AZ, Richard Janosko of FL, Gerald Janosko of CT, his aunt, Joan Janosko of CT, great aunts, Margaret Janovich of PA and Helen Marusa of CT, and his godmother, Barbara Liscinsky of CT. He is also survived by many cousins and his very special friends, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Mraz, Stephen Witter, and Darlene Scinto.

In addition to his father and very special aunt Lorraine Janosko, he was predeceased by his aunts, Marie Tomayko of MI, Arlene Jaques of ME, Joan Bergeron of NV and Uncle James Gallant of MA.
