Obituary: Gregory M. Duch, 41, of Stratford

Gregory M. Duch, 41, of Stratford, passed away suddenly on October 22, 2018 in his home. Greg was born in Bridgeport on May 17, 1977 beloved son of Michael and Lauranne (Pramuka) Duch, and has been a lifelong Stratford resident. He was a 1995 graduate of Bunnell High School.

Greg attended Gibbs College and went on to earn a BFA from the University of Bridgeport. He was a former employee of News 12, worked as a self-employed insurance agent and also, owned his own landscaping company. Greg loved music and photography, and was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and the Baltimore Orioles.

Survivors in addition to his beloved parents, include his grandmother, Jean Duch of Stratford, great-aunt and uncle, Helen and John Kopchik of Stratford, aunt, Barbara DeMartino (Joseph) of Oxford, uncles, James Duch (Simona) of Monroe, Thomas Duch (Mary) of Delaware, and Greg Duch of Stratford, and several cousins. Greg was pre-deceased by his paternal grandfather, Michael Duch, and maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Anna Pramuka.
