Obituary: Marco Alexander Valdez-Alfaro, 21, of Stratford

Marco Alexander Valdez-Alfaro, 21, of Stratford, passed away suddenly on January 25, 2018 in his home. He was born on August 19, 1996 in Norwalk to Freddy and Jinnette (Alfaro) Valdez and has been a lifetime resident of Stratford.

Marco graduated from Stratford High School Class of 2014 and was a barista at Starbucks. In addition to his parents he is survived by 2 sisters, Mariajose Valdez and Sabrina Valdez, his maternal grandparents. Victor and Annabell Alfaro, his paternal grandmother Gregoria Gudiel and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Emeterio Valdez.

Funeral services took place on Tuesday, Jan. 30.
