Obituary: Peter G. Deyo, 85, of Stratford

Peter G. Deyo, 85, of Stratford, passed away on November 6, 2018 in Fresh River Health Center, East Windsor, CT. Peter was born in Bridgeport on March 1, 1933 to the late George Deyo and Concetta Deyo Ferraro, and has been a lifelong area resident. He was a graduate of Harding High School, Class of 1952. Peter was retired from Bridgeport Machines.

Survivors include his beloved daughters, Joanne Sanfilippo and her husband David of Shelton, and Lisa Callahan and her husband Ronald of Orange, their mother, Johanna Deyo of Stratford, 6 cherished grandchildren, Amanda, Brian, Christopher, Kayleigh, Allison and Erin, and a great-granddaughter, Evelyn. In addition to his parents, Peter was pre-deceased by his brothers, George and Thomas. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 19th at 10 am meeting directly at St. Mark Church 500 Wigwam Lane Stratford. Inurnment will be private. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home-Stratford.
