Obituary: Stephen Michael Yatsinko, 37, Of Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — (From Adzima Funeral Home): Stephen Michael Yatsinko, 37, of Stratford, a landscaper with Diamond Landscaping, passed away suddenly in Bridgeport on Thursday, December 14, 2023.

Born in Bridgeport on September 20, 1986, to Richard and Laura (Laufer) Yatsinko, he has been a lifelong Stratford resident and a graduate of Stratford High School, class of 2004.

In addition to his loving parents, Steve is survived by his children, Aiden and Addison, his brother, Daniel Yatsinko and his wife Liz of Stratford, his sister, Sarah Yatsinko and her fiancé, Giria DeAza of Milford, a nephew, Eric a niece, Charlotte, the mother of his children, Samantha Lavery, a godson Joseph Santiago-Raslavsky, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may greet his family from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2023, in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 29 at 10 a.m. meeting directly at Our Lady of Peace Church in Lordship. Inurnment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Lordship.
