Opening Date Announced For Short Beach Golf Course In Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — After enduring a winter that seemingly just didn’t want to end, spring-like temperatures are just around the corner (temps are expected to reach the mid-60s on Saturday!). Along with that good news, town officials have announced that the Short Beach golf course is scheduled to open on Thursday, March 28. The hours will be as follows:

• March 28 through April 7 – 9 a.m. start to 5:30 p.m. last tee time weekdays; 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. last tee time weekends

• April 8 through April 14 – 8 a.m. start time to 6 p.m. weekdays and weekends

• April 15 and on – 7 a.m. start time/ 1.5 hours before sunset last tee time
