Overnight Noise Draws Complaints From Residents In Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — No more overnight work will take place on a project at Sikorsky Airport following complaints from residents, according to Mayor David Chess.

Chess addressed the situation in an update posted to Facebook.

“Many of you were disrupted by overnight work at the airport this past Monday evening,” Chess wrote in a post on Facebook. “Like you, we wanted answers, so my administration reached out directly to airport leadership to find out what happened.”
