STRATFORD, CT — Due to inclement weather in the forecast, a parking ban will be in effect in Stratford beginning at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, officials announced on Friday afternoon. Parking will be allowed on the even-numbered side of any street only, officials said.
