STRATFORD, CT — There will be several partial road closures Monday in Stratford to accommodate mill and paving work, according to Mayor Laura Hoydick. There will be partial road closures on the following roads on Monday, May 21, from 7 a.m.to 5 p.m.: Knowlton Street, Rockwell Avenue, Colony Street, Temple Street and Vernon Street.
