A developer's plans for a 19-home subdivision were recently rejected in Stratford.

STRATFORD, CT — Plans for a 19-home subdivision off Broadbridge Avenue in Stratford have been rejected by the town’s Inland Wetlands Commission, according to the Connecticut Post.

The Post reports the Stratford Inland Wetlands Commission unanimously voted to deny the plans amid concerns about the project’s potential impact to wetlands on the 11-acre property on largely undeveloped land.

The developer can submit a new application for the property in the future, according to the Post.
