In the wake of two town employees being arrested for allegedly selling drugs while on the job, a Stratford police canine swept the town’s waste water plant and municipal garage for drugs Thursday morning, according to the Connecticut Post.
Police Chief Patrick Ridenhour told the Connecticut Post that no drugs were found but added that it is an ongoing investigation and more arrests are possible.
The men, Todd Whitlock Jr., 37, and Patrick Ambrose, 38, were each charged Wednesday with multiple counts of sale of narcotics and prescription drugs. They were both held in lieu of $50,000 bonds.
