Real Estate Agent, Friend, Accused of Burglarizing Dead Man’s Home on Christmas Eve: Stratford Police

Police are reportedly investigating to see if the real estate agent is connected to several other burglaries that have occurred in town.

STRATFORD, CT — A local real estate agent and his hairdresser friend are accused of taking two large sacks of items from a deceased man’s home on Christmas Eve, according to the Connecticut Post.

The Post reports John Rose Jr., 49, who works for William Raveis, and Raymond Feliciano Jr., 47, of New Britain, were arrested after police responded to the Lordship home of a man who recently died when neighbors reported it was being burglarized.

Police are investigating several other burglaries that have occurred in town at homes that Rose would have access to as a realtor, according to the Post.
