Sports Equipment Company Moving To Stratford
The company created a new catcher's mask that is being worn by more than 30 catchers in Major League Baseball, according to officials.
STRATFORD, CT — A Milford-based sports protective equipment company is moving its operations to Stratford, according to realtors.
Force3 Pro Gear, currently located at 43 Banner Drive in Milford, will be the new occupant at 240 Hathaway Drive in Stratford, according to Bruce Wettenstein of Westport-based Vidal/Wettenstein.
The 20,062-square foot industrial building at 240 Hathaway Drive was recently sold for $1.85 million, according to Wettenstein, who was the seller’s broker. The building was the home of the Lindquist Security Company for more than 25 years.

Wettenstein said Lindquist Security Company decided to liquidate their inventory and close the business and put the property on the market.

With this new facility, Force3 Pro Gear has quickly established itself as a leader in the sports equipment industry.”
Jason Klein, president and founder of Force3 Pro Gear, said “we are thrilled to call Stratford our home and with a building this size, we will be able to fuel our growth and allow us to expand our resources to support our mission to end all concussions.”
“This much needed new space will serve as our showroom for all our products, office space for employees, in-house customizations, new test facility, warehouse and all direct to consumer capabilities,” Klein said. “We are excited to showcase all of our products in our new showroom.”
Wettenstein was the listing broker and Lawrence Langerman of Karp, Langerman of Milford was counsel for the seller, according to the news release.
