STRATFORD, CT — The Stratford High School boys basketball team pulled out a hard-fought 54-50 victory over Masuk Monday night in Monroe.
In what was a close and intense game from the tip, Stratford trailed 41-36 heading into the fourth quarter and rallied for the win.
Co-captains Jayquan Kirkland and Brady Knorr led the Red Devils with 19 points apiece.

Sean Minnick had 17 points and Brandon Francisco finished with 14 points for Masuk.
Stratford improved to 5-2 with the win and travels to play Bethel on Thursday.
