Family:I have five children born at various locations world wide while I served in the United States Air Force. A son Christopher 44 and four daughters aged Kerry 42 Erin 38 and twins Elizabeth and Michelle 33. I also have 12 grandchildren.

Experience: 8th District Councilman for 10 years

Family in government: No

The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

Taxes are the single most pressing issue. The mill rate has been stabilized the last four years with considerable effort and bipartisanship. The town is working more efficiency while still maintaining services.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

I have served for 10 years and have a proven track record in leadership. Working with both parties, different administrations and different council members I have finished the upgrade of Stratford High School, and funding the upgrade of Boothe Park which I am chairman of for the last four years. At this time the momentum is important to maintain and finish the initiatives that are currently being worked on.

Accomplishments:

Serving 10 years previously on council.
Working for 30 years in Human Resources
Serving 20 years at various locations worldwide in the United States Air Force.
Contributed and managed almost 300k of non profit contributions to local agencies (Sterling House and Perry House and United Way) through corporate donations.

Other issues:

Fairness and my family is reflective of the changing face of America. I am sensitive to the needs of all constituents in the 8th district and town wide.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I am always available to discuss or correct an issue in the district at any time. I came back to Stratford after 20 years of serving the country and believe in Stratford. The best days are ahead of us.
