Stratford Falls To Notre Dame-Fairfield In SWC Showdown
The Red Devils look to bounce back against Weston on Friday night.
STRATFORD, CT — The Stratford boys basketball team fell to Notre Dame-Fairfield 64-48 in Monday night’s SWC showdown at Stratford High School.
Stratford dropped to 8-2 in league play and 12-4 overall.
The Red Devils kept the game close into the third quarter. Stratford trailed 36-33 with less than 5 minutes to go in the third, but Notre Dame increased the lead to 10 points heading into the fourth quarter and never looked back.

Brady Knorr led the Red Devils with 19 points, while Jzhaun Davis added 13.
The Lancers had three players in double figures. Bailey Coleman led the way with 16 points, while Carmelo Ayala 13 points and Kamryn Salters added 10.

Stratford plays its next three games at home – Friday vs. Weston, Tuesday vs. New Fairfield and Senior Night on Friday, Feb 18., against Kolbe Cathedral.
