Stratford Housing Complex Shot Down

A judge shot down an appeal for a 72-unit complex.

STRATFORD, CT — A judge shot down an appeal for a developer who wanted to build a 72-unit housing complex on 4.7 acres of land on James Farm Road.

Judge Dale Radcliffe ruled that the devleopment could put nearby wetlands in danger, according to the Connecticut Post.

He also said that the low income designation of some units didn't make sense because its in a remote area away from bus lines.
