Stratford Library To Hold ‘April In Paris’ Fundraiser Event: Here’s What To Know

STRATFORD, CT — Residents are invited to the Stratford Library Board of Trustees’ annual benefit fundraiser in April.
The event, “April in Paris,” is described as an “unforgettable gala evening of fine dining, dancing, special drawings, and more on Saturday, April 25, at the elegant Blackhawk Country Club.”
The event is made possible by platinum sponsors — the Halper Keating Donor Fund, Berchem Moses PC, and Nutmeg Spay/Neuter Clinics, according to organizers. Every ticket purchased directly supports the library’s vital programs and collections, organizers said.

“’April in Paris’ will be an unforgettable evening, with dancing to music spun by DJ Chris Hrusa, caricatures drawn by Bill Hernandez, and entertainment by Cat Gasta, Mime for Hire!” according to a news release. “Guests will enjoy an open bar for select wine and beer and a cash bar for cocktails throughout the evening, delicious appetizers, a gourmet dinner buffet, and decadent desserts.”
Guests can enter drawings for more than 40 prizes featuring local restaurants, spa getaways, and wine packages.
