Stratford Man Killed In Shooting Inside Bridgeport Restaurant: PD
One man was killed and another man was injured in a shooting inside a restaurant in Bridgeport, according to police.
STRATFORD, CT — A Stratford man was killed and another man was injured in a shooting inside a Bridgeport restaurant over the weekend, according to multiple reports.
The Hartford Courant reports the shooting happened at the Copa restaurant at Lexington and Harral avenues around 1 a.m. on Sunday.
Joselito Calderon, 54, of Stratford, was taken to St. Vincent’s Medical Center where he later died, according to the Courant.

The Connecticut Post reports another man, 30-year-old Niel Francisco, was also hospitalized and is expected to survive.
Police are continuing to investigate the shooting.
