Mask Mandate Returns For Public Buildings In Stratford
Stratford Mayor Laura Hoydick announced Thursday all staff and visitors must wear a face mask in public buildings.

STRATFORD, CT—Stratford Mayor Laura Hoydick announced Thursday all staff and visitors must wear a face mask in public buildings, regardless of vaccination status.
The mask mandate goes into effect Friday, August 20. Fairfield County is now a "red zone" for transmission of COVID-19.
“As Stratford and our bordering communities continue to have increasing case rates and are now classified in the red zone, we are taking this added precaution,” Hoydick said in a post on her Facebook page.
