STRATFORD, CT — A Stratford resident recently won $100,000 on a winning lottery ticket that was sold in Milford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Sam Phanngavong won $100,000 on a CASH 5 ticket that was sold at Milford Foodland at 231 Cherry St. in Milford, according to Lottery officials.
