Stratford Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

STRATFORD, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $10,000 was recently sold in Stratford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

A Stratford resident won $10,000 on a $100,000 CA$HWORD scratch ticket that was sold at Lucky Discount Liquor at 330 Boston Ave. in Stratford, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
