Stratford Restaurants Offer 'Dining Specials' for Square One Theatre Subscribers, Ticketholders
The participating restaurants are offering the specials during the upcoming performances of "The Outgoing Tide."
STRATFORD, CT – The restaurants in Stratford Center are offering ‘dining specials’ for all Square One Theatre subscribers and ticket holders during the engagement of The Outgoing Tide by Bruce Graham on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The show opened on March 3 and continues through Sunday, March 20.
The participating restaurants include Stratford’s Acapulco’s Mexican Family Restaurant & Cantina, Blue Sky Diner, Kama Sushi, and Stationhouse Wine Bar & Grill.

The Arts and Businesses work together as Stratford’s restaurants and Square One Theatre continue their working relationship developed over the years benefitting both the Theatre and restaurant patrons during performances of The Outgoing Tide.

Square One Theatre performs at its NEW location: Stratford Academy, located at 719 Birdseye Street
The participating restaurants, all within one mile of former performance location:
- ACAPULCO’s Mexican Family Restaurant & Cantina across the street from the theatre at 2419 Main Street - 203.378.7900

Square One Theatre management recommends that theatre patrons call each restaurant for Theatre “Dining Specials” details and reservations.
Square One patrons are advised to show their tickets on arrival...or when making dinner reservations mention Square One Theatre to get your restaurant dining specials...
The Outgoing Tide is described as a touching family drama sprinkled with surprising humor that asks what it means to truly love someone. The twists, the turns, the deeply recognizable family relationships and, of course, the humor, combine to carry the audience to a place where dignity, honesty and humanity take hold and refuse to let go.
Performances of THE OUTGOING TIDE include:
- Thursday, March 10 at 7 p.m.
- Friday, March 11 at 8 p.m.
- Saturday, March 12 two performances at 4 p.m. (twilight matinee) and at 8 p.m.
- Sunday, March 13 at 2 p.m. (matinee)
- Thursday, March 17 at 7 p.m.
- Friday, March 18 at 8 p.m.
- Saturday, March 19 two performances at 4 p.m. (twilight matinee) and at 8 p.m.
- Sunday, March 20 at 2 p.m. (matinee – final performance)
All performances of The Outgoing Tide are on the stage of Stratford Academy, at 719 Birdseye Street in Stratford, Connecticut, located off I-95 Exit 32 (northbound and southbound) in Stratford Center.
Tickets are:
- $20 for adult single tickets.
- $19 for senior citizens and students.

Stratford Academy is wheelchair accessible. Square One Theatre is equipped with Sennheiser’s newest state-of-the-arts hearing-assisted listening devices for its patrons. Please inform the box office of any special needs when ordering tickets.
