Summer Scares Coming To Stratford With New Fright Haven Event
Who says haunted houses are only for Halloween?

STRATFORD, CT — Haunted house Fright Haven will present a new event, Halloween in Summer: "Friday the 13th" Weekend, from July 12 to July 14 at the Stratford facility, according to a news release. The haunted house will feature new attractions, scenes and scares, as it did with its previous A Frightmare Before Christmas and Valentine's Day Massacre events.
In keeping with the "Friday the 13th" theme, one of the highlights will be the Camp Crystal Lake Experience. Camp Crystal Lake is the infamous campground where Jason stalked his prey in the "Friday the 13th" film series. At Fright Haven's "Friday the 13th" Weekend, there might be a Jason waiting around any corner, the news release stated.
Another Halloween in Summer exclusive is the Drive-In Movie Marathon, where guests in cars will be able to enjoy the classic films projected onto the Fright Haven building. However, there's no guarantee that one of Fright Haven's "scaracters" might not pay a visit to vehicles parked in the lot, according to the news release.
