Tractor-Trailer Hits Bridge, Major Route Closed In Stratford

The accident was reported Sunday afternoon.

STRATFORD, CT — Route 110 has reopened in both directions after a tractor-trailer struck a bridge around 12:20 p.m. Sunday.

The busy route was shutdown for about four hours but has since reopened as of 4:40 p.m.

The accident occurred between Barnum Avenue Cutoff and Frog Pond Lane.
