Tree Falls On Vehicle On Route 15 In Stratford: State Police

UPDATE: The scene has been cleared, and all lanes are open on both sides of Route 15 in Stratford. Traffic was still congested for several miles between Exits 57 and 52 on Route 15 South as of 7:30 p.m., according to the state DOT.

(Original post) STRATFORD, CT — Route 15 South near exit 53 in Stratford is closed due to a tree fallen on a vehicle, according to Connecticut State Police.

A three-vehicle crash has also been reported on Route 15 North between Exits 53 and 54 in Stratford, according to state transportation officials.

The right lane is closed.
