Ukulele for Everyone comes to Stratford Library Feb 19th!

"Ukulele for Everyone" comes to the Stratford Library Association - Stratford, CT and Stratford Senior Services Baldwin Center Lifelong Learners Program on Tues Feb 19th at 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM in the Lovell Room.

This introduction to the world of Ukulele covers its history, famous performers, how ukuleles are made and what’s involved in playing one. The workshop is a combination of lecture, demonstrations and audience participation (ukuleles will be available for audience participation but if you have a ukulele - bring it along).

Stratford resident Nina Lesiga is a ukulele coach for Stratford Continuing Adult Education Program, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UCONN Waterbury, Lifelong Learning program at Norwalk Community College and Sterling House Community Center.

Free and open to the public. Stratford Library is located at 2203 Main Street in Stratford, CT.
