Vaccines Available At Back-To-School Event in Stratford

STRATFORD, CT -- Sterling House Community Center will have a free vaccination clinic at its back-to-school event Saturday.

The Stratford Health Department posted details on its Facebook page Wednesday.

The clinic will be from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on August 21, in partnership with Griffin Health. There is no appointment required. Those who wish to receive a vaccine are asked to bring a health insurance card or ID if they have them, but it is not required.

Children who attend school in Stratford can also stop by this event to get school supplies ahead of the new school year. Students are asked to bring a report card or a letter from their school or the Board of Education to prove they attend school in Stratford.
